An immediate need has become available with great company here in West LA! This is a great opportunity to work in an environment where you are asked to think outside of the box assisting with numerous projects and administrative support including assisting with company events. Duties include typing correspondence, vendor coordination, monitoring company voice mail/ follow up, filling in at front desk as needed and monitoring staff projects/ providing admin support to those projects as needed. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who has a couple years of Administrative experience who is looking to build that skill set and build their career! Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ related preferred, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Excellent time management and communication (both written and oral)
