Join us as an Analyst - STP Administration and play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our Substance Testing Program.

As an Analyst in our STP Administration team, you will:
• Oversee and analyze critical DOT and Non-DOT substance testing programs, including random, follow-up, return to duty, and reasonable suspicion testing.
• Ensure compliance with DOT drug and alcohol regulations and adherence to company policies.
• Manage the end-to-end process for drug and alcohol history checks, ensuring all FAA-mandated documentation is completed for safety-sensitive roles.
• Audit and process testing history checks for new hires and internal transfers.
• Respond to data requests from other airlines and provide compliant documentation.
• Deliver actionable insights through reports, including monthly STP trend analysis and the annual MIS report.
• Collaborate with service agents to ensure program standards are met and complete quality checks on provided services.
• Support training and education sessions to enhance program knowledge.
• Use technology to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain accurate records.

Skills and Background We’re Looking For:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in a related field; familiarity with workplace drug and alcohol testing or airline industry regulations is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data trends and operational improvements.
• Organizational Excellence: Exceptional time management, multi-tasking abilities, and attention to detail in a demanding environment.
• Confidentiality & Integrity: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
