PM Shift Only: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Staggered Schedule: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off (rotating).
Overview:
We are seeking dependable Boiler/Evaporator Operators to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating boilers, evaporators, and juice processing equipment while ensuring product quality and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor boilers, evaporators, and juice processing equipment in line with established SOPs.
Maintain a clean workspace in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitation guidelines.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure products meet required standards.
Complete required process flow documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Participate in training sessions and ongoing development opportunities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
and Class Fireman’s License required.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and noise.
Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing may be required throughout the shift.
Regularly lifting and moving items over 50 lbs.
Visual abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
