Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis: Translate business needs into high-level functional and detailed system requirements.
Communication: Utilize your excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and project team members.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team, maintaining positive working relationships and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Project Documentation: Gather and document project requirements, develop use cases, test plans, and test scripts.
Process Management: Define, document, and manage processes, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Technical Proficiency: Apply your general knowledge of IT methodologies and procedures, and leverage your strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution in Information Systems or a related Business field (e.g., business analytics, computer systems, or information technology).
Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, Project Manager, or IT Manager. A combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted when competency in the role is demonstrated.
Skills: Ability to translate business needs into system requirements, excellent communication skills, team collaboration, and a commitment to customer service.
