Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Cable Assembler to support electronic and mechanical assembly for aerospace systems. This role involves building cables, harnesses, and sub-assemblies by following detailed schematics, engineering drawings, and work instructions. The ideal candidate is skilled in soldering, familiar with precision tools, and able to perform high-quality, repetitive tasks with accuracy. You will work on a 2nd-shift schedule while supporting production needs, performing rework when required, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Key Duties:
Assemble cables, harnesses, panels, and electronic sub-assemblies according to specifications.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, wire lists, and schematics.
Perform soldering, adjustments, and rework to meet tolerances and quality standards.
Use tools such as hot tweezers, calipers, tape measures, and soldering equipment.
Monitor quality and follow safety and operational procedures.
Support housekeeping, documentation, and occasional training of lower-level assemblers.

Hand crimping, wire stripping, continuity testing, heat-shrink application, cable routing, torque tool usage, basic troubleshooting, ESD-safe handling, production documentation, inventory tracking, connector assembly, inspection and measurement skills.
