We're Hiring: Compliance Specialist (Procurement & Subcontracts)
Location: Rancho Bernardo, CA (Hybrid schedule)
Hours: 9/80 schedule (flexible start times, one WFH day per week)
Join our team and ensure compliance with FAR, DFAR, ITAR, and other regulations in high-value government procurement! We’re looking for a Compliance Specialist with experience in subcontract management, price/cost analysis, and export controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review subcontract documentation for compliance with government procurement regulations
• Analyze procurement data, identify risks, and recommend improvements
• Conduct audits and create reports for senior management
• Stay current on regulatory changes and guide teams to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
• 6+ years in procurement/compliance (degree preferred but not required)
• Experience in government procurement, subcontract management, price/cost analysis, supplier administration, and/or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFAR, subcontracts, and export controls
• Certification(s) in Compliance (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, or similar certifications).
• Experience with high-value contracts ($2.5M+)
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Defense contractor experience (Boeing, Lockheed, NG, Raytheon) preferred
