No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training in both classroom and hands-on settings. Experiences Desired:
• Assist in laminating parts, pressing materials into molds, and preparing molds/forms.
• Mark and cut materials (e.g., tape, woven material, honeycomb, adhesives) using templates, guides, and dimensions.
• Perform routing, drilling, trimming, and sanding to meet blueprint specifications.
• Learn to assemble components with adhesives, rivets, and fasteners.
• Vacuum bag parts and prepare them for room temperature curing.
• Apply surface finishes, contour shaping, and paint composite or metal components.
• Operate spray equipment for epoxy and urethane coatings.
• Develop shop aids and tools to facilitate processes as required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure quality standards are met.

What We’re Looking For:
• Good Attitude: A positive mindset and ability to work well with others.
• Aptitude to Learn: Willingness to absorb new information and apply it in a hands-on setting.
• Punctuality: Reliable and on time for shifts and training sessions.
• Mechanical Aptitude: A knack for hands-on work and mechanical processes.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Familiarity with blueprints and simple mathematical calculations is a plus (but not required).
• Comfortable working in a loud environment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods.
