Summary: The Production Supervisor/Manager plays a key role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of production and operations teams to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
• Motivate employees and implement strategies to enhance production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical and administrative staff to identify and resolve production and processing issues.
• Develop and maintain production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing data to identify and address any production challenges.
• Consistently communicate and reinforce the project's Vision, Mission, Core Priorities, and Culture.
• Understand and monitor project OKRs, tracking and reporting relevant KPIs.
• Address and mediate employee grievances effectively.
• Establish and uphold product standards to guarantee the delivery of high-quality finished products.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive production reports.
Skills:
• Strong verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
• Knowledgeable in raw materials, production processes, quality control techniques, and methods for optimizing manufacturing and distribution.
• Familiar with machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.
• Understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles related to creating precision technical plans, blueprints, and models.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Recommended 10+ years of experience in production management or a related area.
