Growing company looking to add a bilingual Superintendent. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire administrative and field construction process of a project from initial planning through final acceptance by client to assure the project comes in safely, on schedule and on budget.

Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish
Promote and enforce safety
Negotiation skills
Read and understand specifications and drawings
Interface with customers one on one
