We are looking for an experienced Cost Analyst III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and proven experience in financial data analysis. You will provide essential cost analysis and variance reporting to support senior management in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and provide results to senior management.
- Perform variance analysis between actual and standard costs, identifying trends and deviations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide accurate financial insights.
- Support financial initiatives with labor and material cost assessments.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
- Business acumen and familiarity with financial data (labor/material costs).
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Academic background in Finance is a plus but not required.
