We have an exciting role with a great company and will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of documentation workflows and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in managing and controlling critical documentation within a structured management system.

This contract position is 100% onsite, can go up to one year or longer and pays up to $54/hr!

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Develop and implement solutions to automate documentation processes.
• Administer and maintain document repositories and collaboration spaces, ensuring proper configuration and access control.
• Conduct thorough reviews to verify documentation meets specified standards and requirements.
• Manage and maintain configuration management and audit trails for all controlled system documentation.
• Oversee the tracking of changes, approvals, and version control for all documents.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure adherence to quality and process standards.
• Identify and implement improvements to documentation processes to enhance traceability and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 4+ years of experience as a business or process analyst working with computerized management systems, such as product life cycle systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including experience in workflow automation and document management.
• Proven experience in configuration and change control processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies in documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience in reviewing and verifying documentation against detailed requirements and standards.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with remote or cross-functional teams.

Important: must be able eligible to obtain a security clearance if needed.
