We are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembler III to support the assembly of electronic and mechanical components for advanced aerospace systems. This mid-level role is responsible for performing repetitive and standard assemblies while meeting quality, safety, and specification requirements. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on assembly experience, can read engineering drawings, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic and mechanical components, assemblies, and sub assemblies.
Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable/harness assembly.
Assemble and rework cables, harnesses, PCBs, chassis, panels, LRUs, batteries, and servo motors.
Make setup adjustments and hold tolerances to specifications.
Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble assemblies as required.
Verify quality of work in accordance with established procedures.
Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Assist in training lower-level assemblers as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of experience in electronic and/or mechanical assembly.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wire lists.
Proficiency with hand tools, torque wrenches, soldering, and compression tools.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing applications.
Strong visual acuity, including the ability to distinguish colors.
Ability to work independently or in a team and support extended hours if required.
