Job Title: Employee Procurement Specialist
Location: Purma, ID 83660

Position: As an Employee Procurement Specialist, you will support the daily transactional business of tactical procurement activities at our site. You will execute local procurement tasks, manage order fulfillment, and administer the local purchasing department (“P2P”). This role also includes operational data management and collaboration with stakeholders across various service divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute procurement requisitions following defined criteria.
• Support requests for quotations, compare proposals, and prepare detailed analyses.
• Address daily supply chain challenges with efficiency and a solutions-driven mindset.
• Procure cost-effective and efficient supplies to meet operational needs.
• Create and update statistical information and procurement data.
• Manage and maintain the item database (IPS/M3).
• Facilitate clear and effective communication with stakeholders, suppliers, procurement colleagues, and other service divisions (e.g., Traffic, Finance, Operations).
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
• A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proven experience in procurement or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in managing procurement tools and databases (experience with IPS/M3 is ideal).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
