Field Technical Support Specialist needed in Queens, NY for a long term contract position paying up to $29/hr!

Your Responsibilities Would Include:
• Handle installations, moves, adds, and changes for IT infrastructure.
• Provide operational support for hardware, software, and network systems.
• Troubleshoot issues in office, reservation, and airport settings.
• Occasionally travel overnight or work weekends to meet operational needs.
We’re seeking motivated individuals with a combination of technical expertise, a team-oriented mindset, and a passion for solving problems.
Important Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of formal IT training or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• A+ Certification preferred but not required.
Basic Requirements:
• Knowledge of network/server systems and applications (e.g., MS Office, Outlook).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
• Familiarity with NT workstation and peripherals.
• Availability for on-call support (7x24x365) as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Airline experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
