Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and innovative Software Engineer to execute software solutions and tackle complex technical challenges. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to think beyond conventional approaches, develop high-quality production code, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development & Troubleshooting: Design, develop, and implement software solutions while effectively troubleshooting technical issues.
Code Quality: Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that operate synchronously with appropriate systems.
Architecture & Design: Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met through rigorous software development.
Data Analysis & Visualization: Gather, analyze, and synthesize large and diverse data sets to develop visualizations and reporting that support continuous software improvement.
Proactive Problem Solving: Identify hidden problems and patterns in data, utilizing insights to enhance coding hygiene and system architecture.
Team Culture Contribution: Foster a team culture that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.) and database querying languages (e.g., SQL).
Experience with Terraform, particularly in AWS environments.
Development Lifecycle Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security practices.

Professional Experience: Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code within a large corporate environment.
