We are seeking a highly capable IT Application Support Analyst to provide technical support across desktop, system, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience resolving technical issues, managing tickets, and supporting enterprise tools in a fast-paced setting. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, proficiency with Microsoft technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Duties Include:

Deliver daily desktop and end-user support, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
Manage and update support tickets through ServiceNow.
Utilize Microsoft Intune for device imaging and endpoint management.
Perform Active Directory tasks: user account setup, password resets, and security group updates.
Support O365, Teams, and SharePoint for user access and functionality.
Troubleshoot basic networking issues including cabling, switch basics, and IP identification.
Execute server administration tasks such as creating folders/shares and verifying services.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth IT operations and system reliability.

Required Experience & Skills:

3+ years of Desktop Support experience.
Proficiency with ServiceNow, Intune, Active Directory, and O365/Teams/SharePoint.
Strong understanding of basic networking and server fundamentals.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
