We are looking for 3 -4 skilled and dedicated IT Project Managers to join our team. These roles focus on the implementation and support of integrated software systems, playing a vital part in enhancing our operational efficiency and data management. These roles are all long term contract, located in Topeka, KS (hybrid) and pay up to $38/hr!

Here's a sample of what you will be doing:
• Provide daily technical support for system users.
• Gather operational and training requirements from various departments to develop tailored materials and programs.
• Continuously improve documentation, processes, and software integration support.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing support of integrated software systems.
• Coordinate project schedules, training sessions, and resource allocation across various locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges to ensure smooth rollouts.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, reporting, and maintenance of caseload statistical data.

Required experience for you to be successful:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a system-related field, Business Administration, or a related discipline, supplemented by IT teaching or training experience.
• OR equivalent experience in information technology or project management.
• Strong knowledge of information technology management, especially concerning system conversions, data integration, and work processes.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with officials, employees, government representatives, vendors, and the public.
• Proven ability to prepare and deliver effective technical training to diverse audiences, including professional, paraprofessional, and clerical staff.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
