We’re seeking a PMP-certified IT Project Manager to lead the implementation and support of integrated software systems for a public sector judicial environment. This role blends technical project management, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on training, documentation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of case management and integrated software systems.
- Coordinate training and rollout schedules across district courts.
- Gather operational needs and develop tailored training materials.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and manage project documentation.
- Resolve implementation issues and support ongoing system use.


Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of IT project management experience.
- PMP Certification – Required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Agile/DevOps tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Background in judicial systems, website redesigns, or case management systems is a plus.
