We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable technology solutions. As a member of our agile development team, you will work on innovative small business lending applications that power the entire loan lifecycle, from application to approval and payout.

Key Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development: Design and implement both front-end and back-end components using Java, Spring Boot, and React (with a focus on modernizing legacy applications).
Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries, and work with databases (any DB is acceptable).
Cloud Infrastructure: Develop and deploy applications on AWS and private cloud environments.
Microservices Architecture: Develop and manage microservices using Spring Boot for a scalable, modular architecture.
Test Automation: Leverage Cucumber/Selenium for automation testing to ensure reliability and quality.
Kafka Integration: Implement Kafka for real-time data streaming to support business-critical features.
Agile Development: Collaborate in a Scrum team (6-7 engineers) to deliver applications that drive the full loan process for small businesses.
Must-Have Skills (5+ Years Experience in Each):
Java Full Stack Development experience
Proficiency with Front-End Technologies: Basic JavaScript, HTML, and preferably React (legacy apps being modernized into React, Angular accepted)
Solid SQL skills and database familiarity (any DB)
Experience with AWS or public cloud infrastructure
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for building microservices
Experience with test automation tools such as Cucumber or Selenium
Familiarity with Kafka for real-time data streaming
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Camunda (workflow automation)
Familiarity with Hoverfly (API simulation)
Small Business Lending Application knowledge or experience
