We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Specialist to support the daily operations and Tier 2 support of a large-scale enterprise network. This role is critical to maintaining and enhancing the performance of voice, data, wireless, and video services across a complex infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing Tier 2 support for LAN/WAN environments
- Monitoring and troubleshooting network performance using packet capture tools
- Supporting dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP
- Collaborating with remote users and cross-functional IT teams
- Participating in equipment deployment and on-call rotations

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise networking with a focus on Cisco technologies
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols, packet analysis, and network troubleshooting
- Experience working in cross-functional environments and supporting remote users
- Preferred experience with Cisco VoIP, Wireless, MPLS, and SDN technologies
