Construction Roofing company recruiting for a Customer Service & Logistics Manager role. You will be responsible for managing a team of 7-10 individuals.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of logistics, cost management, and process optimization in a roofing or similar industry.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use insights to drive decision-making and improve performance.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and resolving issues effectively.
• Financial Reporting: Experience in managing budgets, margins, and accounts receivable.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and EOS methodologies, or the ability to quickly learn and implement these tools.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers.
