We are looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst for a 3 to 6-month contract position paying up to $35/hr. In this role, you will lead payroll processes within Ceridian Dayforce, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations while providing outstanding customer service.
You will also focus on continuous improvement, identifying areas for streamlining, automation, and enhancements in payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and submit multiple payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax and financial regulations.
- Provide analysis via payroll KPI metrics and generate ad hoc reports as needed.
- Collaborate with Accounting to resolve GL issues and perform audits for accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement within Ceridian Dayforce and support cost reduction initiatives.
- Proactively address and resolve payroll issues with high-quality communication.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant payroll experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws (local, state, and federal).
- Team-oriented and self-directed with excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly learn new systems/processes.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG.
- HRIS/payroll configuration experience.
