New healthcare facility in Plano, TX is currently recruiting for 5 Plant Operators-various shifts available. The facility is 2.2 million square feet - you will be working with a team of other technicians.
Requirements:
Experience working with chillers/boilers and HVAC systems.
You will be assisting with the repair and maintenance of complex piping systems to include: steam piping, chilled water piping and valves.
Knowledge of building automation systems, fire/smoke damper reports, or temperature/pressure/humidity requests.
Accomplish and document preventative maintenance.
Working in an environment where assistance is critical and urgent.
