Do you have experience working in roofing and are looking for your next career opportunity? Growing company currently recruiting for a Director of Production/Production Manager role for their roofing company. Over the past 4 years they have grown 100% and continue growing. Do you want to be part of a company who believes and backs their product and service 100%?

Qualification:
• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience, 2 years of residential roofing experience
• 3 years in a managerial capacity with experience managing $10 million plus in production.
• Departmental leadership experience is highly valued.
• Proficiency in advanced mathematics and computer skills, including MacOS, Numbers/Excel, and CRM systems like Acculynx.
• A valid driver’s license and a clear driving record.

Duties:
• Serve as the primary leader and decision-maker for the production department.
• Spearhead P&L management, set ambitious yet achievable goals, and rigorously measure performance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Take charge of hiring, onboarding, and developing talent, building a department known for its skill and dedication.
• Efficiently manage scheduling, homeowner issue resolution, and the launch and oversight of daily departmental activities.
• Act as an active member of the leadership team, providing vital performance data, pinpointing challenges, and propelling solutions.
