We are seeking a Customer Renewal Executive / Project Coordinator to support end-to-end renewal execution for enterprise SaaS customers. This role is responsible for managing contract renewals, negotiating commercial terms, and supporting strategic migrations to updated service offerings. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS renewals, customer-facing negotiations, and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full renewal lifecycle, including renewals, early renewals, restructures, and migrations to new SKUs.
Interface directly with customers to negotiate commercial terms and drive incremental revenue.
Partner with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and extended account teams to execute renewal strategies.
Support strategic migration initiatives aligned with long-term contract and portfolio changes.
Navigate internal systems and collaborate with legal, finance, and commercial teams to complete renewals.
Apply forecasting and commercial metrics to support renewal planning and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in customer-facing roles involving renewals, contract negotiations, or account management.
Strong understanding of SaaS/cloud commercial models and renewal processes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining detail- and process-oriented.
Comfortable working across multiple systems and global, cross-functional teams.
English fluency required; Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus.
