The Project Manager will oversee and manage all phases of manufacturing projects, from initial client engagement through to final delivery and installation. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise in lathe and grinding manufacturing, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

Utilize MS Project to develop comprehensive project plans defined by project quotes identifying project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
Coordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and sales to align project goals and schedules
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and resource allocation are efficiently handled
Client Engagement:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct regular meetings and status updates with clients to address concerns and provide progress reports
Ensure client requirements and expectations are clearly defined and met
Project Execution:

Oversee the production and assembly of machine tool systems, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality standards
Implement project management methodologies and tools to track project progress and resolve issues
Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges
Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure they meet quality and performance criteria.
Prepare and present project status reports and final project evaluations to senior management.
Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to team members.
