As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes consistently produce high-quality products. You’ll lead a team of quality control professionals, collaborate with production managers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
Quality Control Oversight:
Oversee the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and finished products to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
Collaborate with production managers to identify and resolve quality issues during the manufacturing process.
Quality Systems Management:
Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of high-quality products.
Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the quality control team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Foster a competent and effective workforce committed to quality excellence.
Process Improvement:
Continuously analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance product quality.
Quality Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and compliance documentation.
Ensure that all quality-related procedures and protocols are followed.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to achieve quality goals.
Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management) preferred.
Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality standards, testing methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
