Growing R&D department recruiting for an R&D Specialist who will be supporting the continuous innovation of new products. This person will run floor samples and tests, validate formulas and perform quality checks.

Responsibilities
Develop test run and production plans
Train production employees on how to produce new items
Validate current production formulas
Prepare samples for customer review

Qualifications
5 years experience in large scale commercial baking producing cakes, pastries, pies, cookies, mousses, etc.
