AllSTEM Connections has the need for a Supply Chain Program Manager in Austin, TX. This is a 6 month contract with possible extensions.

Day to day duties / work hours: Group is focused on assisting the Technical teams and process improvements Teams. Will support with Consultative approval on a global level with regions of Asia/India. Key Qualifications:
Proven track record of leading strategic projects combined with the ability to execute at tactical project-level activities and tasks.
Broad supply chain management exposure with expertise in a specific area to include logistics, fulfillment, retail or Supply Chain Operations. Experience driving supply chain process improvement or advanced planning system implementation projects is desired.
Experience planning, managing, delivering medium (6-8 month) to large (8-12+ month) projects.
Proven ability to manage to deadlines and meet cost constraints.
Proficient at managing multiple efforts simultaneously in a global company. Excellent communication across project and management teams.
Excellent leadership skills that enhance project team effectiveness. Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Proficient knowledge of the systems implementation and development life cycles. Proficient in business process flow diagramming.
Ability to facilitate Brainstorming sessions to gather requirements.
Ability to perform robust business process analysis and recommend solutions. Literacy with MS Word, MS Excel, and basic project planning tools.

Job Description:
The candidate must have the ability to manage medium to large size, global cross- functional projects. The candidate will also be responsible for leading and identifying business process re-engineering opportunities. We are seeking an experienced people manager to manage complex, global initiatives supporting

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Serve as liaison to Operation teams to develop systems solutions (requirements, user testing, etc.) to support Supply Demand Management (SDM) programs. Partners with key cross-functional partners to solicit customer and associate feedback to identify program improvement opportunities for implementation
2. Act as a liaison between the business teams and IS&T (Information Systems and Technology or Company's IT organization) to ensure that the business requirements are complete and met by the proposed technology solutions
3. Drives the design, development, implementation and management of SDM solutions for Customer
4. Work with business leads to define and manage business process and technology roadmaps in support of long-term divisional strategies
5. Manage change. Implement new ideas effectively within the Company culture. Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and a customer- focused approach
6. Develop and maintain key project governance documentation to ensure the proper amount of structure is applied to enable project success

Education:
Bachelors degree required, MBA is desired
