Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct experiments to explore hypotheses and answer scientific questions
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data using statistical and computational tools
  • Prepare technical reports, research papers, and presentations to communicate findings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and other scientists
  • Maintain detailed records of laboratory procedures and experimental results
  • Operate and calibrate scientific instruments and laboratory equipment
  • Monitor the integrity of samples, reagents, and experimental environments
  • Stay updated on current literature and advancements within the scientific field
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to grant applications, patent filings, and product development initiatives

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in a relevant scientific field (e.g., biology, chemistry, physics, or engineering)
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and apply logical reasoning
  • Research Experience: Proficiency in experimental design, scientific method, and data collection
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and software tools (e.g., MATLAB, R, or Python)
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication for scientific and non-scientific audiences
  • Detail Orientation: Precision and accuracy in documenting and executing procedures
  • Collaboration: Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills in interdisciplinary settings
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of safety, quality, and compliance regulations (e.g., GLP, GMP, OSHA)
