  • Design and implement data models, workflows, and automation processes in Salesforce.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and databases for data synchronization.

  • Debug and troubleshoot issues, providing solutions and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and improve Salesforce functionality.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II).
  • SalesForce Tools: Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and languages, including Apex and Visualforce.
  • SalesForce Components: Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning components and web development technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for customizing and troubleshooting Salesforce solutions.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Software Development: Experience in software development and database management can be beneficial.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development best practices.
